Vertical Capital Solutions(“VCAP Solutions”) in partnership with Vertical Capital, LLC an SEC registered investment advisor with over $4.5 billion in AUM, has launched a  valuation and  advisory business that will provide a wide range of services to clients. The platform was created by combining Vertical Capital’s market leading technology and analytics with a successful advisory platform - Kensington Blake Capital - which has deep experience in structured products valuation, advisory, risk management, and the trading of complex loans and securities.

The VCAP Solutions management team has held senior leadership roles at global banks, insurance companies and asset management firms, bringing firsthand experience in the risk management of loan and structured product portfolios.  The effort is led by Charles McLendon, who will join as Managing Partner.   McLendon was formerly the President and CIO of Primus Asset Management and was the Global Head of the Investment Grade Credit Group at Bank of America.  Ricardo Diaz and Brian Zwerner, former partners at Kensington Blake Capital, will join as founding Partners in VCAP Solutions.
